We have streamlined bartending school into only ten chapters in a book specifically written for National Bartending curriculum. We encourage students to log practice hours when the classroom is not in use, because these hours count towards your total class time. Teachers break the chapters down into two parts- lecture and lab. We hold classes in our specially designed mock bar, which emulates a real working bar in every way, down to the ice machines, sinks, and bottles! We cover one chapter in each of our classes, which are two hours long.
